This site is a joint project of the show committees BHCN and the NVBH with the aim of providing visitors and exhibitors of the joint show weekend with information. In addition, it is also possible to register via this site and to pay via the Mollie payment module.
Comments:
We do not use the opportunity to post a comment on the site. But we must mention this text here. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string, created from your email address (also called a hash) can be sent to the Gravatar service if you use it. Media:
If you are a registered user and upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading images containing EXIF GPS location data. Site visitors can download the images from the site and view the location information.

How long we keep your data:
When you leave a comment, that comment and its metadata will be retained indefinitely. This way we can automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments instead of having to moderate them. For users who register on our site (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.
