Terms and Conditions

By registering for the KCM weekend of shows, you agree to the terms and conditions below and indicate that you acknowledge and accept these terms. The Dutch Belgian Specialty site will be abbreviated as DBS.

Both shows are CAC shows and therefore fall under the auspices of the Dutch Kennel Club. The exhibitor is expected to know and act in accordance with the canine regulations of the Dutch Kennel Club.

Responsibility:

DBS (Dutch Belgian Specialty), BHCN, NVBH, KV Waalwijk, the organization and employees are not responsible for injury or theft of property, animals or people. You enter the show at your own risk.

Payments and Returns:

When registering for the shows during the KCM weekend, you are obliged to pay the registration fee. The exact amounts of this are stated under the different classes. Registration required to pay! When registering, the General Terms and Conditions of OnlineDogShows apply.

Dogs in car:
It is not allowed to leave dogs ALONE AND UNATTACHED in the car. This is being checked!

Corona Protocol:

We use a Corona protocol and follow government guidelines. You must follow these guidelines as well as the guidelines which have been  established by the DBS.

Behaviour:

Aggression and misconduct towards people and/or animals is not allowed! This applies to both inside and outside the rings.  Such behaviour may lead to disqualification and further access to the show site may be denied. This is completely at the discretion of the organisers.

Customer data:

We treat your data in accordance with the the AVG privacy law and the AVG clause of both associations. If you want to report changes, you must do so by email to info@dutchbelgianspecialty.nl

Complaints:

If you have any complaints, you must report them in writing within one week following the KCM weekend by email to info@dutchbelgianspecialty.nl and provide a statement of the specific nature of the complaint(s).

Publication:

Photographers are present on both days. The photos taken can be published on the websites, the pages of social media, the club magazine and the newsletters of the two associations. This also applies to the results.
